Hello and Welcome to Mrida Seva Yoga, my name is
Mara L. Morell, E-RYT700, RPYT, YACEP & Reiki Master Teacher
I am the owner of the studio
located in this beautiful, re-newed building in Berwick.
Come experience a beautiful class with our many talented registered yoga teachers!

The studio is located again in Berwick, PA. We offer off street parking with
a parking lot located at side of building (to access parking lot, go around building to alley)
A variety of yoga classes are offered 7 days a week.

Mrida Seva Yoga Studio opened its doors in late July 2012 and has experienced
wonderful growth from the local community (with both experienced yogis and many new to yoga)!
I feel incredibly blessed and honored to be part of this growing yoga community! My true vision and goal is to bring all the benefits of yoga to everyone! Yoga, done in a chair or standing on your head, is all a personal journey-each and every day that we come to "the mat" we are different, we are growing - that is why yoga is called a practice.
The gentle flow of a yoga practice is beneficial to everyone, no matter, your age, shape or size. With yoga the body, mind and soul realign-as you allow your body to gently stretch, become aware of the flow of breath and begin to allow the mind to clear - we become healthier, calmer, more focused individuals.
The door to the studio is always open! Please stop in and experience a yoga class! Y
